Former title of the Agreement: Agreement Concerning the Adoption of Uniform Conditions of Approval and Reciprocal Recognition of Approval for Motor Vehicle Equipment and Parts, done at Geneva on 20 March 1958.
The Conditions of Approval established by the Planning Commission, and, as applicable, the Design Review Committee (any or all of which as may have been modified by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen) are set forth in Exhibit “A” to this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
Should any of the Conditions of Approval set forth in Section B of Exhibit “D” attached hereto conflict with any of the Mitigation Measures set forth in Section A of Exhibit “D” attached hereto, the more stringent or exacting requirement shall control.
The second sentence of "Conditions of Approval" in Section 3.G of this Article shall apply to both employees so that unsatisfactory performance by either shall result in both being returned to their former field service or parent institution assignment.
Subsequent numbers shall be assigned to other countries in the chronological order in which they ratify the Agreement concerning the Adoption of Uniform Conditions of Approval and Reciprocal Recognition of Approval for Motor Vehicle Equipment and Parts, or in which they accede to that Agreement, and the numbers thus assigned shall be communicated by the Secretary-General of the United Nations to the Contracting Parties to the Agreement.
