Conditions of Participation definition

Conditions of Participation means the conditions that a Supplier must satisfy for the Supplier to be eligible to be awarded the Contract as described in Section 19 of the Procurement Act.
Conditions of Participation means certain CMS regulations setting minimum health and safety standards for healthcare organizations to meet to participate in federally funded healthcare programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid.
Conditions of Participation means conditions established by CMS or applicable state agencies for eligibility to participate in its/their home health care and/or hospice programs.

  • Causes for termination include violation of patient charging and cost reporting procedures, refusal to provide required program information or willfully providing false information, failing to meet the Conditions of Participation, and administrative remedies involving fraud, abuse, or conflict of interest as set forth in 32 CFR 199.9. Such written notice of termination shall be an initial determination for purposes of the appeal procedures set forth in 32 CFR 199.10.

  • If I have under my care or control children below 18 years of age participating in the Event, then I shall ensure that they are accompanied at all times by a responsible adult and understand that these Conditions of Participation apply to such children.
