Conditions of Recognition means the Conditions of Recognition as issued by the respective Regulators and any subsequent versions of this document.
To this end the Centre shall comply with any reasonable written instruction issued by CILEx the purpose of which is to ensure compliance with the Conditions of Recognition.
The Centre shall: Take all reasonable steps to ensure that CILEx is able to comply with the Conditions of Recognition as if they were directly applicable to the Centre, ensure no act or omission by the Centre, its employees, agents, contractors or sub-contractors puts, or may put, CILEx in breach of any Condition of Recognition and apply appropriate and sufficient operations and monitoring procedures to ensure compliance with all Conditions of Recognition.
Contents of this agreement are in keeping with the requirements of the General Conditions of Recognition as issued by The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) as the regulator of qualifications (other than degrees), examinations and assessments in England, and of vocational qualifications in Northern Ireland.
The Centre shall: Take all reasonable steps to identify and manage the risk of and occurrence of an incident which could compromise the integrity of CILEx Qualifications, compromise CILEx’s compliance with its Conditions of Recognition, compromise the Centre’s compliance with CILEx Accredited Centre Requirements, or compromise the reputation of CILEx or which may otherwise comprise an Adverse Effect.
Our approved training providers (centres) are required to review and sign this contractual agreement in line with the centre requirements identified within: • Ofqual’s General Conditions of Recognition • Qualifications Wales’ Standard Conditions of Recognition • CCEA Regulation’s General Conditions of Recognition YMCA Awards part of Central YMCA.
General Conditions of Recognition mean the General Conditions of Recognition issued by Ofqual in May 2012, and any subsequent versions of this document.

It must explain how it will ensure, through its arrangements with a Centre that it is able to comply with its Conditions of Recognition in respect of assessments for that qualification.
