Configuration Data definition

Configuration Data means data that configures a generic software system to a particular instance of its use;
Configuration Data means technical data specific to Customer’s configuration of the Service (such as Endpoint identities) or otherwise collected by the Service or submitted by or on behalf of Customer to the Service. Configuration Data excludes Pipeline Data and Usage Data.
Configuration Data means the Facility-specific data that is used in conjunction with the Software, including without limitation, tuning and set point constants, graphical, pictorial and text files, that instantiate the Software for the specific Facility environment.

Examples of Configuration Data in a sentence

  • StreamSets uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service and Configuration Data as described in the Security Policy.

  • Customer is solely responsible for its Configuration Data and Pipeline Data (including its content and accuracy) and agrees to comply with Laws in using the Products.

  • Except for StreamSets’ use rights in this Agreement, between the parties Customer retains all intellectual property and other rights in Configuration Data and Customer Materials provided to StreamSets.

More Definitions of Configuration Data

Configuration Data means data entered by Customer or by ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ on Customer's behalf in order to configure Caseload Manager to support Customer. Configuration Data includes but is not limited to the establishment of user accounts, customization of screen layouts, and custom data field definitions. Configuration Data excludes Usage Data and Case Data.
Configuration Data means U.S. and/or Canadian new car and light truck (up to 3500 series) specification information in English for the Current Model Year, where available, for use with the Configurator.
