Connection and Use definition

Connection and Use of System Code or CUSC means the Connection and Use of System Code (and the CUSC Framework Agreement) established pursuant to the National Electricity Transmission System Operator Licence. Connectee means, in respect of: (a) Section 2A 2C 2D 2E or 2F and a Customer Installation, the relevant Customer; (b) Section 2A and a Generation Installation, the relevant Generator; (c) Section 2A and a User Installation, the User; and (d) Section 2B, a person whose premises are connected to the Company’s Distribution System or a person whose premises are connected to the User’s System (as determined in accordance with Clause 36.4).
Connection and Use of System Code or CUSC means the Connection and Use of System Code (and the CUSC Framework Agreement) established pursuant to the National Electricity Transmission System Operator Licence.

Examples of Connection and Use in a sentence

  • The Company is required to disclose certain information in accordance with this document under obligations within the Company Licence Agreement, the Grid Code, the Transmission Code, the Connection and Use of System Agreement, the Distribution Code and the Fuel Security Code.

Related to Connection and Use

  • connection pipe means a pipe, the ownership of which is vested in the Council and installed by it for the purpose of conveying water from a main to a water installation, and includes a "communication pipe" referred to in SABS Code 0252 Part I;

  • Interconnection is as defined in the Act.

  • Connection Assets means that portion of the distribution system used to connect a customer to the existing main distribution system, and consists of the assets between the point of connection on a distributor’s main distribution system and the ownership demarcation point with that customer;

  • Sewer connection means the connection of a structure or project to a public sewer system.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.
