Connection Contract definition

Connection Contract means a contract under which Distributed Generation is connected to the Network entered into by the Distributor and a Distributed Generator in accordance with Part 6 of the Code, and, for the purposes of this Agreement, the Distributor and a Distributed Generator are deemed to have entered into a Connection Contract if the regulated terms in Part 6 of the Code apply;
Connection Contract means the connection contract formed by the making and acceptance of the offer set out in the offer document.
Connection Contract means a connection contract between a customer and a distribution entity the terms of which are only the terms set out in Annexure A to the Electricity Industry Code and taken to apply under section 40DB of the Electricity Act; standard large customer retail contract means a retail contract taken, under section 51(3) of the Electricity Act, to have been entered into between a large customer and a retail entity the terms of which contract are only those terms provided for under sections 52 to 55 of the Electricity Act;

Examples of Connection Contract in a sentence

  • Failure to sign the Connection Contract within the time limits prescribed in the Applicable Grid Codes constitutes a condition precedent to the Capacity Contract and gives rise to the application of the penalties prescribed in the Functioning Rules before the Capacity Contract can be validly signed.

Connection Contract means a contract on the terms and conditions and in the form of this document;
