Connection Date definition

Connection Date means the date when the Carrier, having received the relevant information from the Company, is in a position to and has agreed to commence provision of the Fixed Network Services to the Customer;
Connection Date means the date when Hypa successfully installs the Circuit at the Customer’s premises;

More Definitions of Connection Date

Connection Date means the date of completion of the proper implementation of the Commissioning Instructions in respect of every part of the Customer’s Equipment to the Company’s satisfaction;
