Constructability Reviews: After reviewing all design documents for completeness and coordination, the Contractor shall make recommendations and provide information and cost comparisons regarding construction materials, methods, systems, and phasing, to ensure efficient construction.
Lessee shall provide detailed written Constructability Reviews identifying, by drawing sheet, detail and specification section, and page, the issues to be discussed and resolved.
