The specifications of relevant Equipment, especially Container Handling Services engines, IT technology, etc., have to be submitted for approval by GEPB prior to introduction into the Terminal.
For this purpose, the Manager shall invoice the POB (GEPB) on a Monthly basis, for both the Fixed Fee and Container Handling Fee.
