Content Library definition

Content Library means the AppConfig Community content library/repository made available by the Promoters as located on or referenced in the AppConfig Website. For clarity, the Content Library may be made available on the AppConfig Website, a separate repository referenced on the AppConfig Website (e.g., a separate GitHub project), and/or a combination of both.
Content Library means the original articles, videos, research, webinars and news produced by the Seller’s Group for the Business, including the Trading Guides;
Content Library means a library of attack scenarios and behaviors used with the AttackIQ System to test the security of Customer’s software and systems.

Examples of Content Library in a sentence

  • All Learning Content shall be included in the Content Library promptly and in any event within thirty (30) days of the creation or acquisition of the same.

  • Upon withdrawal or termination of Member (a “Former Member”), all rights and obligations of such Former Member under this Agreement (including anything incorporated herein by reference) shall cease, except that any license grant to any contributions to the AppConfig Website, any AppConfig Compatibility Component, and/or the Content Library submitted prior to withdrawal or termination shall continue in accordance with the IP Policy.

  • The opinions, advice and statements contained in content posted on the Website, the Accipio Content Library and the Learning Platform by other users are those of such users and not those of Accipio.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, a Former Member may continue to exercise any rights to the AppConfig Website, any AppConfig Compatibility Component, and/or the Content Library to the extent it has a right to do so outside the scope of this Agreement.

  • A portion of the Content Library consists of crowd-sourced contributions of job description elements (“JDXCSP Data”) from you and other authorized users of JDXpert that participate in the JDXpert Content Sharing Program (“JDXCSP”).

  • The Customer shall not copy, license, sell, transfer, make available, distribute, or assign this license referenced herein or any Service, Site, ITI Content Library or software to any third party.

  • A Web Portal or Content Management Library to host content, digital asset, video or other information and serve internal or anonymous users requires a Channel / Content Library subscription license.

  • Except for the licenses granted herein, Customer has no right, title or interest in or to ITI, the Service, ITI software, any ITI Content, any ITI Content Library, any Site or materials provided by ITI or its licensors, including, without limitation, documentation, stories, articles, text, images, and other multimedia provided by ITI and all such right, title and interest shall remain exclusively with ITI and its licensors, as applicable.

  • A copy of the latest and all previous versions of the Asset Register shall be included by the Supplier in the Content Library.

  • You may not download or export information from the Content Library for any other purpose.

Related to Content Library

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Library means an organized collection of resources made accessible to the public for reference or borrowing supported with money derived from taxation.
