Contestable Connection Works definition

Contestable Connection Works means the works that the Customer has an option to carry out itself or by appointing a Connection Provider as more particularly described in the Specific Conditions.
Contestable Connection Works. The part of the Works that the Customer may elect to undertake or appoint an appropriate third party to undertake.

  • The ICP shall maintain records of all tests undertaken in respect to the Contestable Connection Works and provide copies of the same to the Company as requested by the Company.

  • WPD shall be liable for all reasonable costs incurred by the Connection Provider in complying with such notice if such inspection of the Contestable Connection Works fails to reveal any Defect or material non-compliance with the requirements of this Agreement.

  • If WPD accepts in writing a Quotation or a Revised Quotation the Connection Provider shall make and implement the requested modification to the Contestable Connection Works.

  • The Company hereby permits the ICP to perform the Contestable Connection Works on its Distribution System subject to and on the terms set out in this Agreement (the “Access Rights”).

  • Upon receiving any such notice, the Connection Provider shall use all reasonable endeavours to incorporate the Distribution System Enhancement into the Contestable Connection Works and provide a Quotation or state reasonable grounds for declining the request, such reply not to be unreasonably delayed.

  • The Connection Provider will be appointed by various Customers to carry out and complete Contestable Connection Works.

  • Alternative Provider shall be responsible for obtaining at the Customer’s cost (including all professional, legal and other fees and costs of the Company and any third party) all necessary rights, permissions and approvals for the carrying out and maintenance of those Contestable Connection Works and shall ensure that the required Consents and Land Rights are made available to the Company and are in place at the adoption of those Works by the Company.

  • The Connection Provider shall bear its own costs and all costs incurred by WPD in complying with such notice if such inspection of the Contestable Connection Works reveals any Defect or material non- compliance with the requirements of this Agreement.

Related to Contestable Connection Works

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project Facilities in accordance with this Agreement;

  • construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;

  • Transmission equipment means equipment that facilitates transmission for any FCC-licensed or authorized wireless communication service, including, but not limited to, radio transceivers, antennas, coaxial or fiber-optic cable, and regular and backup power supply. The term includes equipment associated with wireless communications services including, but not limited to, private, broadcast, and public safety services, as well as unlicensed wireless services and fixed wireless services such as microwave backhaul.

  • Applicable Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a).

  • Leased Equipment means the vehicles, computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other similar items leased and used or held for use by Seller or a Subsidiary primarily in the operation or conduct of the Engenio Business but excluding any such items primarily related to Excluded Assets or Excluded Liabilities.
