Contingency Procedures definition

Contingency Procedures is defined in Paragraph 8.2;
Contingency Procedures means the document so entitled (which has been agreed by National Grid and National Grid Customers), published by National Grid which sets out those procedures which provide for the alternative means of communication for National Grid and Rainbow Customers to communicate with each other in the event of a Metering Contingency;
Contingency Procedures means the procedures directed by the Transporter in accordance with Part I, Section 8.8 of the Code of Operations;

  • The Fund and the Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to amend the Contingency Procedures from time to time and shall provide 48 hours' advance notice of such amendment to the Company.
