Continuation Date definition

Continuation Date means any date on which Borrower continues a LIBOR Advance into another Interest Period.
Continuation Date means any date as of which the Borrower elects to continue a Eurodollar Loan as a Eurodollar Loan for a further Interest Period in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.04.
Continuation Date means the date that Borrower’s election to continue a LIBOR Loan for another Interest Period becomes effective in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Continuation Date in a sentence

  • If We receive (a) and (b) on different dates, the Continuation Date will be the later date.

  • The original deceased Owner's surviving spouse who is designated as the primary Beneficiary at the time of the Owner's death and may continue the Contract as the Owner on the Continuation Date.

  • If the Contract Value on the Continuation Date is less than the death benefit, an amount will be added to the Contract Value to make up the difference.

  • Conversion/ Continuation Date: Any date on which under Section 2.5, the Borrower (a) converts Loans of one Type to another Type, or (b) continues as Loans of the same Type, but with a new Interest Period, Loans having Interest Periods expiring on such date.

  • Any future death benefit, including an enhanced death benefit, if any, will be determined on that basis and will use the age of the surviving spouse on the Continuation Date.


More Definitions of Continuation Date

Continuation Date means the effective date of a continuation as set forth in the applicable Continuation Notice.
Continuation Date means the last day of each Interest Period.
Continuation Date means any date on which the Administrative Borrower and/or the Singapore Borrower elects to continue a LIBOR Advance into another Interest Period.
