Continued Operations definition

Continued Operations means, after giving effect to the transactions provided for in the APA, (a) worldwide ownership and operation of the Test with respect to the lung (except for the United States); and (b) worldwide development of the autoantibody assay platform, currently known as “EarlyCDT,” incorporated into the Test for other non-lung applications, including all other solid tumor types.

Continued Operations means the Operations after the Closing Date. “Cordless” includes, without limitation, the standards DECT, DECT 6.0, WDCT 2.4, 5.8, Analog 900, 2.4, 5.8 and their logical successors.

Examples of Continued Operations in a sentence

  • In addition, in the event of such failure, ICANN shall retain and may enforce its rights under the Continued Operations Instrument.

  • Registry Operator shall comply with the terms and conditions relating to the Continued Operations Instrument set forth in Specification 8 attached hereto (“Specification 8”).

  • ICANN may draw the funds under the original letter of credit, if the replacement Continued Operations Instrument is not in place prior to the expiration of the original letter of credit.

  • Registry Operator agrees that ICANN may make any changes it deems necessary to the IANA database for DNS and WHOIS records with respect to the TLD in the event of a transition of the TLD pursuant to this Section 4.5. In addition, ICANN or its designee shall retain and may enforce its rights under the Continued Operations Instrument for the maintenance and operation of the TLD, regardless of the reason for termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Any such Alternative Instrument shall be on terms no less favorable to ICANN than the Continued Operations Instrument and shall otherwise be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to ICANN.

  • In the event Registry Operator replaces the Continued Operations Instrument either pursuant to paragraph 2 or this paragraph 3, the terms of this Specification 8 shall no longer apply with respect to the original Continuing Operations Instrument, but shall thereafter apply with respect to such Alternative Instrument(s), and such instrument shall thereafter be considered the Continued Operations Instrument for purposes of this Agreement.

Related to Continued Operations

  • Discontinued Operations means operations that are accounted for as discontinued operations pursuant to Applicable GAAP of the Issuer for which the Disposal of such assets has not yet occurred.

  • Normal operation means all periods of operation except start-up and shutdown operations and maintenance of equipment;

  • Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee. Those conditions which are not within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, telephone network outages, and severe or unusual weather conditions. Those conditions which are ordinarily within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, special promotions, pay-per-view events, rate increases, regular peak or seasonal demand periods, and maintenance or upgrade of the Cable System.

  • Operational Period means the period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with the date and time on which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.

  • Commencement of Operations means the beginning of active operations by a qualifying business of the principal function for which a qualifying project was constructed.
