CONTINUING EFFECT definition

CONTINUING EFFECT. All of the terms and conditions contained under the Loan Documents shall continue to be fully effective, except to the extent that any of them are expressly modified by this Amendment Agreement.
CONTINUING EFFECT. You agree that this Guaranty will continue to be in effect until Resident no longer occupies one of our apartments, and all Resident’s Obligations owing to us have been paid in full.
