Contract Monitoring definition

Contract Monitoring means planned ongoing or periodic activity that measures and ensures contractor compliance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of a contract.
Contract Monitoring. The regular and routine means by which activity under this agreement is monitored, may include the submission of information to the Council or others and access for Council staff to your services and records this is described in detail in the Specification.
Contract Monitoring means a purposeful examination and supervision of a contractor's performance, plans, records, reports and expenditures to insure compliance with the terms and conditions described in a contractual agreement with the department.

Related to Contract Monitoring
