Contract of Work definition

Contract of Work means the Contract of Work made December 30, 1991, between the Ministry of Mines of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, acting for and on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, and PTFI, together with any related implementation agreement or Memorandum of Understanding with such Ministry of Mines acting on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, after giving effect to the PT-Rio Tinto Indonesia COW Assignment.

Related to Contract of Work

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities Grantee must perform to complete the Project, as specified in the Grant Agreement, and as may be amended.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • start of works means the earlier of either the start of construction works relating to the investment, or the first legally binding commitment to order equipment or any other commitment that makes the investment irreversible.
