Contract Path definition

Contract Path means the continuous transmission path for the flow of Non-Firm Energy between the Participants reserved for an Energy Exchange using the transaction matching, reservation and tagging functions of the Southeast EEM System.
Contract Path means the firm transportation path defined by the daily contract capacity rights from the Primary Point of Receipt to the Primary Point of Delivery.
Contract Path means an agreed upon electrical path with established rights for the continuous flow of electrical power between the parties exchanging energy.

Contract Path means a transmission path that can be designated to form a single continuous electrical path between the parties to an agreement.
Contract Path means the shortest route formed by a series of transmission lines capable of carrying contracted power between the point of receipt to point of delivery in the wheeling system.

  • Eligible Contract Participant means an “eligible contract participant” as defined in the CEA and regulations thereunder.
