Contract Program definition

Contract Program means the sequential commencement and completion dates of activities in the execution of the Services reflecting the order of procedure and method that the BMH shall follow in carrying out the Services to meet the Date for Completion as stipulated in Annexure “B”.
Contract Program means an agreed contract program for the provision of the Services set out in an SOW;
Contract Program means the process and method utilized by the City or award, administer, and oversee the distribution and use of Contract Funds to the Contractor.

Contract Program means the program of design, manufacture, testing, certification, commissioning, achievement of approvals (safety and other) and delivery and acceptance based on the principles in the Management Plans and Schedule 5 to be produced by Contractor and agreed to by Amtrak.

Related to Contract Program

  • Contract Player means any Player (other than a Player on a Scholarship) who is eligible to play under a written contract of employment with a Club.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
