CONTRACT PROJECT MANAGER definition

CONTRACT PROJECT MANAGER means OCPS' Contract Project Manager, or designee who shall be the point of contact between the CONSULTANT and OCPS. The Contract Project Manager, within the authority conferred by Policy, acting as OCPS' designated representative shall issue written notification to the CONSULTANT of any and all changes, when duly approved pursuant to this Contract, in the CONSULTANT’S: (l) compensation (2) time and/or schedule of service delivery: (3) scope of services; and (4) any other Amendment(s) or change(s) pertaining to this Contract.
