Contract Research definition

Contract Research means any research undertaken by an individual, company, firm, corporation or institution on behalf of a foreign individual, company, firm, corporation or institution for any consideration;
Contract Research means research conducted by the NWU for another person in exchange for compensation;
Contract Research means research and/or development on a contract or fee-for-service basis by ANAPTYSBIO for a THIRD PARTY other than: (i) for SUBLICENSEES of ANAPTYSBIO, (ii) for ANAPTYSBIO PARTNERS, and/or (iii) otherwise in connection with the research, development, manufacture and/or commercialization of an ANAPTYSBIO PROTEIN.

Contract Research here means research carried out by the HEI on behalf of an industry / organization for solution of a problem being faced by the industry.
Contract Research means research services performed on a fee-for-service basis by a company primarily in the business of performing such research services; provided that substantial research services are provided beyond the use of Licensed Products.
