Contract Revision definition

Contract Revision means a written instrument prepared by the Authority and signed by the Authority and Trade Contractor stating their agreement upon a change in the Trade Contractor’s Work; the amount of the adjustment in the Trade Contract Agreement, if any; the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any, and the updated Schedule of Values.
Contract Revision means a document which informs the Contractor of a proposed change in the Work, and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change.

  • If such Trade Contractor Work is in accordance with the Trade Contract Documents, costs of uncovering and replacement shall, by appropriate Contract Revision, be charged to the Authority.

  • A Contract Revision related to the Trade Contractor Work is a written order signed by the Authority and Trade Contractor, and issued after execution of this Trade Contract Agreement, stating their agreement with respect to a Change in the Trade Contractor Work, and which may include an adjustment in the Trade Contract Amount and/or an adjustment to the Construction Schedule or Contract Time.

  • The Trade Contractor agrees that it will not be paid for and waives any Claim for payment associated with any alleged Change in the Trade Contractor Work or any Contract Revision unless the Trade Contractor fully complies with the terms of this Paragraph 7.2 and the notice of Claims provision Paragraph 6.
