Contract Transition definition

Contract Transition means the time period, regardless of the length of time between the Effective Date and the Commencement Date, wherein Contractor shall meet, as requested, with WRRMA representatives to prepare for and discuss the services under this Contract to ensure that both Contractor and WRRMA are prepared to timely initiate the Contract Services as set forth herein.
Contract Transition means the assignment of a Customer contract from one party to the other party, where such assignment is effective on the later of the date specified in the contract or on a Customer’s Migration Date for any Customers who needs to be Migrated.
Contract Transition means the time period between he Effective Date and the Commencement Date wherein Contractor shall meet, as requested, with WRRMA representatives to prepare for and discuss the services under this contract to ensure that both Contractor and WRRMA are prepared to initiate the Contract Services on the Commencement Date.
