Examples of Contract Unit Price in a sentence
All Contract prices set forth in this Section include all costs necessary to complete the work for which the price is established (e.g., Base Contract, Unit Price, Options) in accordance with the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the cost of work performed by subcontractors and consultants, indirect costs, fees, expenses, taxes, and profit.
This adjustment will be based upon the increase or decrease in quantity and the Contract Unit Price.
If a change is ordered in an item of work covered by a Contract Unit Price, and such change does not involve substantial change in character of the work from that shown on the Plans or Special Provisions, then an adjustment in payment will be made.
If a change is ordered in an item of work covered by a Contract Unit Price, and such change involves a substantial change in the character of the work from that shown on the Plans or Special Provisions, an adjustment in payment will be made as described in Subsection (c) “Substantial Change in Character of the Work,” below.
If the actual quantity of an item of work covered by a Contract Unit Price and constructed in conformance with the Plans and Special Provisions varies from the Bid quantity by 25% or less, payment will be made at the Contract Unit Price.
