Contractor agrees that no part of Contractor Program Director’s compensation will be based on, nor will Contractor Program Director directly or indirectly receive any commissions or other remuneration based on, the sale, lease or licensing of any software, hardware or Services by Contractor, any Contractor Subcontractor or any of their Affiliates to the AOC.

Each Party shall designate an individual (for the AOC, the "AOC Program Director", and for Contractor, the "Contractor Program Director"), who shall be each Party's primary point of contact for all matters relating to the Agreement.
If Contractor desires to replace, or if County, at its discretion, requires removal of, either the Contractor Program Director or the Contractor Program Manager, Contractor shall provide County with a resume of each such proposed replacement, and an opportunity to interview such person prior to such person performing any Work hereunder.
County shall not unreasonably delay its approval of a replacement of Contractor Program Director or Contractor Program Manager.
