Contractual Framework definition

Contractual Framework means the entire contractual relationship between SIX x- clear and the Member, including the following documents in their currently valid form:
Contractual Framework means the agreements set out in paragraph 24.
Contractual Framework means that every individual, society, corporation and state is bound by the contract which defines the rights and obligations of the parties. 60 This is based on the following Quranic verse: “O ye who believe, fulfil contracts” (Chapter 5: Verse 1)61.   • EU Standard Contractual Clauses means the standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission by implementing decision 2021/914 of June 4, 2021 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries, as approved by the European Commission in Decision 2010/87/EU, or any set of clauses approved by the European Commission which amends, replaces or supersedes these;
