Contractual Quantity definition

Contractual Quantity means the quantity for which contract has been entered into.
Contractual Quantity means, in relation to any Contract Year, the lesser of (i) one hundred (100) per cent. of the Payable Silver from silver produced by the Concessions during that Contract Year and (ii) the first four million seven hundred and fifty thousand (4,750,000) ounces of Payable Silver.
Contractual Quantity will have the meaning as indicated in Section 2.1 of the Particular Conditions.

  • Subject to the Buyer complying with the Delivery Operational Procedures (Article 7), the Seller undertakes to sell and make available to the Buyer at the Delivery Point on a firm basis the Contractual Quantity as defined in Article 9 during the Delivery Period.

  • The quantity of untaken natural gas shall represent the difference between the Contractual Quantity and quantity of natural gas supplied by the Seller and taken over by the Buyer until the effective date of withdrawal from the Agreement.

  • The Parties agree to the Seller supplying the Buyer with the Contractual Quantity from the beginning of Gas Day January 1, 2021 to the end of Gas Day December 31, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractual Period”).

  • Client will have the right to transfer the Contractual Quantity at the Terminal in one (1) single LNG Vessel, and will have the right to require GNLM to provide the Services as for the Contractual Quantity.

Related to Contractual Quantity

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Contractual Requirement shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.3.
