Contractual Value of the Hydrocarbons definition

Contractual Value of the Hydrocarbons means the sum of the Contractual Value of the Crude Oil, the Contractual Value of the Natural Gas and the Contractual Value of the Condensates, determined as provided in Annex 3.

Examples of Contractual Value of the Hydrocarbons in a sentence

  • For the purposes of calculating the Consideration, the Contractual Value of the Hydrocarbons for each Month shall be determined in accordance with Annex 3.

  • Value of Contract means the sum accepted or the sum calculated in accordance with the prices accepted in Tender and/or the Contract rates as payable to the Contractor for the entire execution and full completion of the work.
