Contributed Data means all data required by the Florida Act to be delivered by Data Contributor to HCCI. In accordance with the requirements set forth in the Florida Act, Data Contributor shall deliver or otherwise make available the Contributed Data to HCCI or a third party data custodian designated by HCCI (the “Authorized Custodian”). Additional terms governing delivery of Contributed Data are set forth in the Submission Guide made available by AHCA.

Examples of Contributed Data in a sentence

  • In case of conflict the order of precedence of the documents constituting this Agreement is as follows, each listed document superseding in the event of any conflicting provision in a later listed document: (1) the Contributed Data Specific Terms, but solely to the extent Exhibit D expressly states that such Contributed Data Specific Terms supersede the text of this Agreement; (2) Agreement text; and (3) the Exhibits to this Agreement.

  • The license to Contributed Data, including Restricted Data, shall terminate upon termination of this Agreement, provided that Authorized Users will be permitted to continue to use results from studies and work done with Contributed Data, including Restricted Data.

  • Data Trust Members may add to Tier 0, Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3 data shared with the Trustee for use by the Data Trust at any time by updating the online registry of Data Trust Member- Contributed Data Resources in Exhibit B, and by connecting the new data to the Data Trust Technical Infrastructure or by requesting that the Trustee facilitate the connection through automated data pipelines.

  • If at any time the BloodPAC becomes aware that any Authorized User has violated any of the Authorized User Terms, the BloodPAC will: (i) promptly notify Partner of such violation; and (ii) promptly suspend such Authorized Users access to all Contributed Data.

  • The terms and conditions of the following Sections will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement: Sections [ ] and any Contributed Data Specific Terms to the extent expressly stated on Exhibit D.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Partner will provide the BloodPAC with the Contributed Data for the sole purpose of providing Authorized Users with access thereto subject to the terms and conditions hereof.

  • Partner hereby grants to the BloodPAC a non-exclusive world-wide license during the Term solely to: (i) store the Contributed Data on the Platform; (ii) provide Authorized Users with access through the Platform to the Contributed Data, in each case subject to the terms and conditions hereof.

  • Partner hereby grants to CCSR a non-exclusive world-wide license during the Term solely to: (i) store the Contributed Data on the Platform; (ii) provide Authorized Users with access through the Platform to the Contributed Data, in each case subject to the terms and conditions hereof.

  • If at any time the OCC becomes aware that any Authorized User has violated any of the Authorized User Terms, the OCC will: (i) promptly notify Partner of such violation; and (ii) promptly suspend such Authorized Users access to all Contributed Data.

  • The terms and conditions of the following Sections will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement: Sections 5.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 7.3 and 8 and any Contributed Data Specific Terms to the extent expressly stated on Exhibit D.

Contributed Data means all Primary Data, New Compilations and New Data Structures that a Participant Contributes to the Shared Data Platform.

Contributed Data refers not only to such information, but also to the compilation and formal of such information, and associated documentation and software, and to the distribution of such information by IP to PCQ and by PCQ to CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER acknowledges and agrees that individual IPs may request that PCQ terminate CUSTOMER's access to said IP's data at any time and that PCQ will carry out such request in accordance with the provisions of said IP's agreement with PCQ. CUSTOMER further acknowledges and agrees that in the event that any agreement between PCQ and an IP is terminated in accordance with its provisions, the CONTRIBUTED DATA will no longer include that IP's data.

Related to Contributed Data

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Excluded Data means: (i) data that is classified, used on the U.S. Munitions list (including software and technical data); or both; (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services; (iii) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) released data; and (iv) personally identifiable information that is subject to heightened security requirements as a result of Partner or End User’s internal policies or practices, industry-specific standards or by law.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

  • Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.
