Control Instruction definition

Control Instruction means any System Operator Instruction to dispatch, operate, and/or control the Facility in the same manner and/or for any reason as the System Operator may, in its sole discretion, dispatch, operate, and/or control Buyer's own generating resources and power purchase arrangements used to provide service to Buyer’s native load customers.
