Controller Instructions definition

Controller Instructions means instructions from the entity acting as the controller.
Controller Instructions means instructions from the entity acting as the controller. For Personal Customer Data, Controller Instructions may come from the Customer. The Master Agreement as well as this DPA and the instructions provided by Customer through its use of the Services features shall constitute Controller instructions.

  • Genesys will process Customer Data in compliance with the Controller Instructions, this DPA, and the applicable Privacy Legislation.

  • This DPA shall remain in force from when it is duly executed by Genesys and the Customer until further notice, however at least as long as Genesys receives Controller Instructions for the provision of Services.

  • Agile shall comply with the instructions given in Section 5.2 (Controller Instructions) unless the European or National Legislation to which it is subject requires Agile to conduct different or further processing of Client Personal Data (e.g. transfer of Personal Data to a third country or international organization), in which case Agile shall promptly inform Client at the Notification E-mail Address (unless such legislation prohibits Agile from doing so on significant grounds of public interest).
