Conversion Dates definition

Conversion Dates. Each “Conversion Date” (as defined in the Indenture).

  • A change in the Default Settlement Method or an irrevocable election shall apply for all conversions of Notes with Conversion Dates occurring subsequent to delivery of such notice; provided, however, that no such change or election will affect any Settlement Method theretofore elected (or deemed to be elected) with respect to any Note.
