Conversion Share Value definition

Conversion Share Value means the product of the number of Conversion Shares deliverable pursuant to any Conversion Notice multiplied by the Closing Trade Price of the Ordinary Shares on the Delivery Date for such Conversion.
Conversion Share Value means the product of the number of Conversion Shares deliverable pursuant to any Conversion Notice multiplied by the Closing Trade Price of the Common Stock on the Delivery Date for such Conversion.
Conversion Share Value means the product of the number of Lender Conversion Shares deliverable pursuant to any Lender Conversion Notice multiplied by the Closing Trade Price of the Common Stock on the Delivery Date for such Lender Conversion.
