Conversion Work definition

Conversion Work in respect of a vessel means work that is major on a technical and quantitative level, that involves substantial changes to the superstructures, machinery or equipment, that alters the essential characteristics of the vessel and that meets at least two of the following requirements:
Conversion Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.
Conversion Work means the work Public Service deems reasonably necessary to disconnect service from the Facilities at the Point of Separation, including the work contemplated in the Tariff and this Transition Agreement, or any other work by mutual agreement of the Parties.

  • The Actual Rentable Area of the Premises shall further be measured, in, accordance with the BOMA Standard within thirty (30) days, after completion by the Landlord, of the Building Conversion Work (the “Second Measurement”).

  • Lender shall not be required to disburse Conversion Work Reserve Funds more frequently than once each calendar month, on the same day of such month as any other Reserve Funds are being disbursed in accordance with the terms hereof, and the aggregate funding of Reserve Funds in any month shall equal or exceed the Minimum Disbursement Amount.

  • In no event shall Lender be obligated to release from the Conversion Work Reserve Fund amounts in excess of an amount equal to the costs actually incurred from time to time for work in place as part of the Conversion Work, minus the Conversion Retainage.

Conversion Work means all engineering, renovation, join▇▇ ▇▇▇k and outfitting of the Vessel, as described in the Contract Documents, to convert, outfit and document the Vessel as a U.S.-Flag overnight passenger vessel accommodating 161 passengers and 57 crew, and satisfactorily complete all test and trials on or before the date in accordance with Section 7 of this Contract. In addition, as part of the Conversion Work, Shipyard shall (a) contract to have the Vessel transported from its current location at the Nich▇▇▇' ▇▇ngley, Washington facility to Shipyard's facility in Portland, Oregon (it being acknowledged that the responsibility for preparing the Vessel for transit shall be Owner's), (b) contract with and provide management of
Conversion Work means the reconfiguration and rehabilitation of existing PLD substations and other electrical distribution infrastructure to be performed by DTE throughout the Detroit area to provide 277/480V, delivered using a transformer where needed, power on the MDOT side of the power meter at the panel locations described in Table 4.3 of Section 4.3(b) of the D&C Requirements.
Conversion Work shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Conversion Addendum. “Cost Transaction” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.13.F.

Related to Conversion Work

  • Conversion building means a building that at any time before creation of the common interest community was occupied wholly or partially by persons other than purchasers and persons who occupy with the consent of purchasers.
