The term of this Agreement may be extended by written amendment approved by all Cooperating Entities.
COOPERATING ENTITIES shall participate in regular Cooperating Entities meetings, and take part in decisions pertaining to: 1) the Integrated SRP preparation process; 2) project finances; 3) consultant selection; 4) revision of the Integrated SRP; and 5) planning grant proposals.

You authorize OCAN to transfer and the Cooperating Entities to receive the personal or financial data concerning transactions concluded on the Account, concerning the copies of documents, or other information listed in your application to Cooperating Entities, which exchange information with you or OCAN, solely for the purpose of executing the Agreement or agreements concluded by you or OCAN with Cooperating Entities.
Any new Cooperating Entity admitted pursuant to this Section 30(b) shall be entitled to representation on the Council as required by law, provided however, the specific position (or positions) on the Council shall be determined by a consensus vote of all then-existing Cooperating Entities.
