Once agreed, the Core Project Documents shall be subject only to those amendments as are necessary to meet the requirements of the Senior Lenders and rating agencies.
Key staff members are: the Principal Investigator; the Deputy Principal Investigator; and the Core Project Team.
Aecon Construction and its Affiliates and Project Co will not be exempt from any other Taxes that may be applicable to the Project in the performance of this Airport Development Agreement, Core Project Documents, or otherwise, except as otherwise expressly set out in this Section 7.1(a)(x), or as may otherwise be agreed to in the Project.

In contrast, the research actually undertaken within the HBP Core Project is limited to what is needed to get a scientifically useful research infrastructure up and running.
The HBP Flagship aims to achieve the following objectives, through the Core Project and/or the Partnering Projects.
Title in all software and all other copyrightable material (excluding academic works of authorship such as publications, theses, dissertations) developed by or at CENTER in the course of a Core Project ("Subject Copyrights") shall vest in the author's home academic institution.
The Detailed Project Plan will identify the date of the Core Project Team meetings held to obtain signoff and the Executive Steering Committee meeting held to obtain signoff.
