Core Service Level definition

Core Service Level means a Service Level included in Appendix 1 of these Service Level Terms; Core Service Level Default means a failure by the LFC to meet a Core Service Level; Core Service Rebate means the payment to be made by the LFC to a Service Provider for a Core Service Level Default, calculated in accordance with these Service Level Terms; “hour” without further definition refers to an ordinary clock hour (i.e. any hour); Service Level Commencement Date means the date that the LFC’s first network stage is accepted by the LFC (as notified to the Service Provider by the LFC); and Service Level Default means a failure by the LFC to meet either a Core Service Level or an Ancillary Service Level.
Core Service Level means the service level that BC Ferries is required by this Agreement to meet in relation to a Designated Ferry Route operated by or on behalf of BC Ferries as more particularly specified in Schedule “A”, as such service level may be otherwise adjusted in accordance with this Agreement;
Core Service Level means a Service Level included in Appendix 1 of these Service Level Terms; Core Service Level Default means a failure by the LFC to meet a Core Service Level; Core Service Rebate means the payment to be made by the LFC to a Service Provider for a Core Service Level Default, calculated in accordance with these Service Level Terms; “hour” without further definition refers to an ordinary clock hour (i.e. any hour); and Service Level Commencement Date means the date that Premises are Commissioned in the Coverage Area.

Examples of Core Service Level in a sentence

  • This Exhibit may be cancelled separately per Section 4.4 of the SDSC ITSS Core Service Level Agreement.

  • Within 10 Business Days after the end of each calendar month (the Relevant Month), the LFC will provide a summary report to the Service Provider that will detail the total amount of Core Service Rebates imposed for Core Service Level Defaults in accordance with clause 7.1 during the Relevant Month, detailed by Core Service Level and the relevant Service Request(s).

  • Subject to clause 4, in the event of a Core Service Level Default, the Service Provider will receive a Core Service Rebate from the LFC in accordance with clause 6.5 of the General Terms.

  • The term of this agreement is defined in Section 1 of the SDSC ITSS Core Service Level Agreement.

  • Layer 2 services Intact Connection No Truck Roll) One month’s rental fee for the service (specified in the order) each time the Core Service Level is not achieved.

  • If the Commissioner authorizes BC Ferries to temporarily reduce service on a Designated Ferry Route below the Core Service Level required in relation to that Designated Ferry Route, the parties will amend the Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the Commissioner in the Order.

  • No service rebate will be payable for a failure to meet a Core Service Level if that failure was caused by the suspension, restriction or cessation of the applicable Service in accordance with clauses 5.2(a), 21 or 22 (excluding where the Service Provider exercises its right to terminate pursuant to clauses 22.1(a) or 22.1(b) or 22.1(d)).


More Definitions of Core Service Level

Core Service Level means each Service Level designated as a “Core Service Level” in Annex B-2 to Schedule B (Cross-Functional Obligations), Annex K-2 to Schedule K (Governance) and Appendix B of each Tower Services Agreement. CSC has the meaning set forth in the preamble of the MSA.
Core Service Level means a Service Level included in Appendix 1 of these Service Level Terms; Core Service Level Default means a failure by the LFC to meet a Core Service Level; Core Service Rebate means the payment to be made by the LFC to a Service Provider for a Core Service Level Default, calculated in accordance with these Service Level Terms; “hour” without further definition refers to an ordinary clock hour (i.e. any hour); Passed means when Premises have been passed with Communal Infrastructure (and, where the context requires, includes Layer 2 Communal Infrastructure) and is capable of Connection from the nearest point to the private boundary (if underground) or nearest pole (if aerial) (and Pass is to be interpreted accordingly).
Core Service Level has the meaning set out in the applicable Service Level Terms;

Related to Core Service Level

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.
