Corrective Work definition

Corrective Work has the meaning set forth in Section 12.3.
Corrective Work has the meaning set forth in Section 20.1.3.
Corrective Work means the cleanup, removal, relocation, elimination, remediation, encapsulation, disposal at a licensed facility or any other treatment of Hazardous Materials of or from all or any portion of (i) the Property or any other property owned and/or leased by Landlord (necessary to maintain or bring the Property into compliance with Environmental Laws) and (ii) surrounding areas of the Property and/or any other property owned and/or leased by Landlord (necessary to maintain or bring the Property into compliance with Environmental Laws) and, to the extent thereby required, the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Property or any other property owned and/or leased by Landlord performed by any person or entity, including, without limitation, Landlord, Tenant, any Indemnified Party, or any of their respective agents, contractors, subcontractors, employees and any governmental entity for any reason, including, without limitation, pursuant to any Environmental Laws. Corrective Work also includes all fees of consultants to investigate, identify, characterize, monitor and develop corrective action plans with respect to Hazardous Materials or any Corrective Work.

Examples of Corrective Work in a sentence

  • All Corrective Work shall be performed subject to the same terms and conditions under this Agreement as the original Work is required to be performed.

  • Any such termination shall not relieve Contractor of its obligations to perform Corrective Work during any applicable Warranty Period.

  • In the event Contractor utilizes spare parts owned by Owner in the course of performing the Corrective Work or Work as provided in Section 20.1.4, Contractor shall supply Owner with new spare parts equivalent in quality and quantity to all such spare parts used by Contractor as soon as possible following the utilization of such spare parts.

  • In the event such action is taken by Owner, Contractor shall be promptly notified after Corrective Work is implemented, and shall assist whenever and wherever possible in making the necessary corrections.

  • Upon commencement of the Warranty Period, Contractor shall be required to perform all Corrective Work (defined below).


More Definitions of Corrective Work

Corrective Work means all activities of removal, response, investigation, testing, analysis, remediation (including, but not limited to disposal of Hazardous Substances) taken pursuant to Environmental Requirements (i) to prevent, ▇▇▇▇▇, or correct a Release or threatened Release of Hazardous Substances at, about, affecting, or affected by the Project or the Project Site or (ii) to comply with any and all Environmental Requirements applicable to the Project or the Project Site or areas at, about, affecting, or affected by the Project or the Project Site.
Corrective Work means the removal, relocation, elimination, remediation, encapsulation or any other treatment of Hazardous Substances of or from all or any portion of (i) the Property or any other property owned and/or leased by Borrower (necessary to maintain or bring the Property into compliance with environmental laws) and (ii) surrounding areas of the Property and or any other property owned and/or leased by Borrower (necessary to maintain or bring the Property into compliance with environmental laws) and, to the extent thereby required, the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Property or any other property owned and/or leased by Borrower performed by any person or entity, including, without limitation, Borrower, any other Indemnitor, Lender, any Indemnified Party, any of their respective agents, contractors, subcontractors, employees and any governmental entity for any reason, including, without limitation, pursuant to any Environmental Laws.‌
Corrective Work means all Work attributable to replacement, retrofitting, or other restorative or re-do Work required in order to bring any portion of the Work into compliance with the Contract Documents.
Corrective Work means have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Environmental Indemnification Agreement.
Corrective Work shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 6.1.
Corrective Work means the removal, relocation, elimination, remediation or encapsulation, of Hazardous Material, from all or any portion of the Property, and surrounding areas and, to the extent thereby required, the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Property (i) pursuant to, and in compliance with, Environmental Requirement, or (ii) if the present or future use, operation, leasing, development, construction, alteration or refinancing of the Property is limited or restricted in any way by reason of the existence of such Hazardous Material.
Corrective Work shall have the meaning set forth in General Condition 37, titled WARRANTY/DEFECT CORRECTION PERIOD.
