Cost Allocation Plan definition
Cost Allocation Plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.
Cost Allocation Plan has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code Part 7000.
Cost Allocation Plan means a document that identifies, accumulates and distributes allowable direct and indirect costs under subgrants and contract and identifies the allocation methods used for distributing the costs. A plan for allocating joint costs is required to support the distribution of those costs to the grant program. All costs included in the plan must be supported by formal accounting records to substantiate the propriety of the eventual charges. Providers are required to maintain a Cost Allocation Plan, in accordance with Ill. Adm. Code §509.40(c), if they receive more than one source of funding or operate more than one Program. (89 Ill.
