Cost per Page definition

Cost per Page means the cost of the Managed Print Service to the Customer per Print. Paper is not provided under this Service, therefore the cost/number of sheets of paper used is excluded from this calculation;
Cost per Page or “CPP” means the cost of a single printed page from the proposed MFDs. The CPP includes preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, parts and supplies on the entire MFD deployed at Client locations. Parts and supplies include but are not limited to all parts including hard drive replacement and any required toner, fuser agent, drums, preventative maintenance kits, ink cartridges, staples and any other supplies or parts needed to operate the MFD. Scans and fax images made on MFDs are not chargeable;

  • The Cost per Page is based on the number of pages, as described, above, printed on Equipment covered under this Agreement.

Cost per Page or “CPP” means the cost of a single printed page (i.e. impression for a side that has toner on the page from the proposed Products, regardless of Product setting). The CPP includes preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, parts and supplies on the entire Small Office Desktop Printer deployed at Customer locations. Parts and supplies include but are not limited to all parts including hard drive replacement and any required OEM toner, fuser agent, drums, preventative maintenance kits, ink cartridges, staples and any other supplies or parts needed to operate the Small Office Desktop Printer. Scans and fax images made on Products are not chargeable, impressions are chargeable for the side that has toner on the page;

  • Cost-plus-a-percentage-of-cost contract means a contract under which the contractor is paid a percentage of the total actual expenses or costs in addition to the contractor's actual expenses or costs.
