County building code definition

County building code means the building code used by the applicable counties.
County building code means the means the building regulations in Chapter 7 of this code.
County building code means that set of codes, standards and regulations as adopted by County from time to time that is applicable to the construction of Lessee’s Tenant Improvements at Airport. Said Code may be revised from time to time as necessary by County.

  • The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations relating to the work, including by not limited to Effingham County building code and permitting requirements and other local requirements as applicable.
