DISTRIBUTION PIPELINES shall include: All pipelines for distribution of gas, oil, and/or products and water which are downstream from the first metering station or connection or the town border station and up to the industrial, commercial, or institu- tional meter. All service lines including portions of such pipelines within private property boundaries up to and including the domestic meter, and the first joint or connection through the wall. Distribution piping could be manufactured from iron, steel, aluminum, copper, brass, plastic or any other material which might be substituted for the aforementioned. Pipelines constructed as underground cable conduits downstream from town border sta- tions to industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential meters. Pipelines for pressurized liquids or slurries within the limits of cities or towns, other than service lines or laterals, the construc- tion of which employs the same or similar methods, equipment or organization as used in performing the work described above. All pipelines diameter and under. EXCLUSIONS from the coverage of this Agreement shall be: pipelines as defined in and covered by the Teamsters Mainline Pipeline Agreement for Canada. Such pipeline installation, repair, main- tenance, replacement or reconditioning, more particularly and usually defined as Industrial, Commercial, Institutional or Building Construction, as may not be combined with or comprising an integral part of pipeline construction. This Chapter applies to measures by the Parties or by the Signatory CARIFORUM States affecting the cross border supply of all services with the exception of: (a) audio-visual services; (b) national maritime cabotage 1; and (c) national and international air transport services, whether scheduled or non-scheduled, and services directly related to the exercise of traffic rights, other than: (i) aircraft repair and maintenance services during which an aircraft is withdrawn from service; (ii) the selling and marketing of air transport services; (iii) computer reservation system (CRS) services; and (iv) other ancillary services that facilitate the operation of air carriers, such as ground handling services, rental services of aircraft with crew, and airport management services. 2.
