CP Option definition

CP Option has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(a).
CP Option means a compensatory option to purchase CP common shares.

Examples of CP Option in a sentence

  • The CP Option granted to the Company and the Members pursuant to this Section 3.7 shall take precedence over, and be in lieu of, the rights granted to the Company and/or the Members, as appropriate, pursuant to Sections 3.4, 3.5 and 3.8.

Related to CP Option

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.
