Created Data definition

Created Data means any data added to an End-User Database or to a Customer Database or to create a new database where previously there was none, as a result of the carrying out of Data Creation;
Created Data means any Records or Insurance Records that the Scheme Agent or its subcontractors create, modify or adapt in the course of providing the Services.

  • For clarity, PSS’s Confidential Information includes PSS Background IP Rights, PSS Specifications, Developed IP Rights and Created Data.

  • All Equipment, Created Data and performance produced as part of the activities that are the subject matter of the Contract shall be owned exclusively by PSS.

  • Neither Supplier, its Affiliates or its subcontractors or any other party who has copyright to any works comprising any such Equipment, Created Data or performance, shall object to modification and/or translation of the Equipment, Created Data or performance by PSS.

  • The Provider must, in retaining the Agency Data and Created Data, comply with its obligations under this Head Agreement and any Contract.

  • PSS shall have all right, title and interest, including but not limited to all right to obtain copyright, patents or other protections, in and to such Equipment, Created Data and performance, and any works used as a basis for creating such Equipment, Created Data or performance.

  • The Solutions Provider acknowledges that any Created Data shall be deemed to be a separate copy of the Data.

Related to Created Data

  • Associated Data means that data which accompanies a Message but may not be in the Adopted Protocol; such data may include header information, protective markings, designations, Electronic Signatures, date and time of transmission and of receipt;

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.
