Creating Party definition

Creating Party means ERCOT, the IMM or any Market Participant in its capacity as the creator of any ECEII specifically listed in Section 1.3.2.1, Items Considered ERCOT Critical Energy Infrastructure Information.
Creating Party means each Challenge Member that makes an Inventive Contribution towards the creation of any Project IP.
