  • The Custodian, on behalf of the Trustee, will execute and deliver to the Trustee and the Depositor a Credit File Certification and a Credit File Exception Report on the Closing Date in the respective forms required by the Custodial Agreement.

  • Each Credit File Exception Report shall be superseded by a subsequently issued Credit File Exception Report and shall replace the then existing Credit File Exception Report.
