Critical Design Parameters definition

Critical Design Parameters or “CDP” shall mean key SGT and SGT Proprietary Equipment design parameters for a project on a case-by-case basis, which are based on a specific basis for design for a project and are fundamental technology parameters required to initiate the PDP.

Related to Critical Design Parameters

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Design Standards means the standards developed as a requirement of the Programmatic Agreement

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;
