  • After Seller’s compliance with Section 10.2, the Parties shall execute a Change Order to (a) adjust the Critical Path Project Schedule (other than the Guaranteed Project Substantial Completion Date), to account for material delays to the Critical Path Project Schedule resulting from the Excusable Event and/or (b) adjust the Contract Price to account for the material increase in the cost of the performance of the Work resulting from the Excusable Event.

  • After the notifying Party’s compliance with Section 11.2, the Parties shall execute a Change Order to adjust the Critical Path Project Schedule to account for material delays to the Critical Path Project Schedule, resulting from the Force Majeure to the extent the Critical Path Project Schedule is negatively impacted by the Force Majeure event.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
