Current Content is Content that Licensor publishes after the expiration or termination of this Agreement. 1.5 “Discovery Content” means the Publications listed in Shedule 1. 1.6 “Logo” shall mean the marks or trademarked banner graphics owned by Licensor which are used on the cover of each issue of the Publications. 1.7 “Past Content” is Content that Licensor published and that EP included in Products during the term of this Agreement. 1.8 "Products" are information products distributed by EP (and by virtue of agreements with EP, by EP’s distributors, resellers, agents, and sublicensees), which contain all or part of the Content of the Publications, and are subject to modification at EP’s discretion.
