Current Liability definition

Current Liability. , means a liability that would in the ordinary course of events be payable within twelve months after the end of the financial year to which the accounts or group accounts concerned relate;
Current Liability means any debt incurred by a local government to provide the services associated with issuing building permits that, at the end of the current fiscal year, is determined by the local government to require payment within the next ensuing fiscal year.

More Definitions of Current Liability

Current Liability means, with respect to any Plan, the present value of the accrued benefits under the Plan, as set forth in the most recent audited consolidated financial statements of TMS and its subsidiaries.
